A range of fire lighting options, including traditional flint and steel, batteries and wire wool, chemical means, fire by friction and many more.
Develop confidence in finding and using a mix of natural and man-made tinders.
Creating a fire bow set and know how to use it to make an ember, and blow this into a fire.
Understand different lays for varied weather conditions and situations.
