Kit List for Navigation Courses

Food & Drink:

Please bring enough water, food and snacks for the entire day. A thermos with a hot drink is often appreciated in colder weather.

There is no access to drinking water on the walk.

We will stop for a lunch break during the day, and there will be ample time to graze whilst navigating too.

Clothing:

Suitable for the season, and being out in the elements, and static for periods of time. Lots of thin layers are better than one thick one. Warm trousers that dry quickly are recommended – not Jeans.

Notebook, pencil and paper.

Personal Medication – ventolin, insulin, EpiPens etc.

Carrier bags – to take personal rubbish home & spares always come in handy.

Rucksack to carry everything in. The carrier bags will come in handy to keep things dry if the weather turns.
