One litre of water minimum, this can be an old drink or squash bottle. We will provide more drinking water at camp.

Personal Medication – ventolin, insulin, EpiPens etc.
Carrier bags – to take personal rubbish home & spares always come in handy
Rucksack or Holdall – it’s a 20 minute walk from the parking to the woods. You need to be able to carry all your kit.
Please feel free to bring your own personal kit you would like to try out if you have it. But in the interests of safety we ask you to consult Lizzy before using it to assess its suitability, e.g. knives, fire lighting equipment etc.
